📋 Description

• Lead infrastructure and workplace technology operations across China and APAC • Coordinate regional execution of global infrastructure standards, architecture, and operational processes • Ensure availability, performance, resilience, and security of regional technology services • Enable secure access to global enterprise applications while addressing China-specific technical and regulatory requirements • Establish and govern secure connectivity for third-party business partners and external service providers • Partner with Cybersecurity, Legal, Privacy, Quality, and Compliance teams on technology risk and regulatory requirements • Manage regional infrastructure vendors, telecommunications providers, contracts, and budgets • Support manufacturing, laboratory, quality, supply chain, and business operations through reliable IT services • Lead regional incident management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness • Develop and mentor regional infrastructure and site support personnel

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT Infrastructure, Network, Workplace Technology, or IT Operations experience • 3+ years of leadership or management experience • Experience supporting multinational operations within China and the broader APAC region • Experience working within a global IT operating model and collaborating with centralized infrastructure teams • Strong background in infrastructure operations, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and service delivery • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar environments • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English • Preferred: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and enterprise infrastructure technologies • Preferred: China localization strategies for enterprise applications and cloud services • Preferred: Third-party connectivity, B2B integrations, APIs, and supplier connectivity frameworks • Preferred: Understanding of China cybersecurity, privacy, and data-transfer requirements • Preferred: Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or rapid organizational growth
