📋 Description

• Build data-driven analytical solutions to support decision-making in the credit and collections business • Act as a data translator, building analytical perspectives tailored to the needs of business teams • Collaborate continuously with stakeholders across Inter’s various business areas • Propose easily consumable, productized solutions for analysts, managers, and analytical services, establishing a single source of truth (SSOT) • Build efficient and scalable ETL pipelines for large volumes of data • Deliver analytical perspectives for various organizational levels • Propose data models, high-performance processing solutions, data quality monitoring, knowledge management, and data product governance practices • Discover insights in databases and collaborate with Data Scientists to build features for machine learning models, credit and collections policies, and performance monitoring • Work with Machine Learning Engineers to build and maintain the Feature Store • Stay up to date with trends, techniques, methodologies, and data science packages • Maintain ongoing communication with the business area, ensuring value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• SQL (intermediate/advanced) — required • Spark (intermediate) — required • Python (intermediate) — required • AWS environment (basic) — required • R (basic) — preferred • Feature Engineering/Machine Learning techniques (basic) — preferred • Interest in understanding banking business processes • Strong communication skills • Self-directed learning
