📋 Description

• Design, build, and run production applications on Microsoft Azure • Develop backend APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review • Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards • Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, deciding what to keep or rebuild for production use • Prepare prototype and AI-assisted systems for real users by addressing security, testing, error handling, and scalability • Integrate AI models and services, including real-time features • Manage Azure infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments • Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other third-party platforms • Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation • Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data • Maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, project managers, CX designers, and BPO operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience building and running production web applications across both backend and frontend • At least 2 years of experience building and running applications on Microsoft Azure • Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills • Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML services • Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues • Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems, including WebSockets, streaming, and messaging queues • Experience integrating third-party APIs, including LLM providers • Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps • Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Bicep or Terraform • Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices • Track record of turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production applications • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code • Ability to review, validate, and correct AI coding tool output • Professional written and spoken English and Spanish • Based in Colombia or Mexico, with the right to work in that country • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • All resumes must be submitted in English • Azure certifications, such as Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are nice to have • Experience with C# and .NET is nice to have • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or Azure AI Speech is nice to have • Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is nice to have • Experience implementing LLM patterns, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and evaluations, is nice to have • Experience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is nice to have • Experience in customer service, contact center, or BPO technology is nice to have • Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or HIPAA environments is nice to have • Knowledge of Mexico's LFPDPPP or Colombia's Ley 1581 is nice to have
