📋 Description

• Answer inbound patient calls • Make outbound follow-up calls • Respond to patient inquiries via email • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm medical imaging appointments • Verify and update patient information accurately • Explain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructions • Communicate professionally with patients and internal teams • Navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately • Deliver an exceptional patient experience • Complete all application, prescreen questionnaire, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview stages • Complete two weeks of paid product training and one week of coached nesting before transitioning to production

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Patient, empathetic, and professional approach • Ability to build trust quickly with patients • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Comfortable multitasking across multiple applications • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently • Dependable, accountable, and punctual • Windows 11 computer; Mac devices are not supported • Intel i5 processor or higher • Minimum 16 GB RAM • Webcam • USB headset • Reliable fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection • Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions • Second monitor • Applicants must already have a computer meeting the stated requirements • Preferred experience in medical scheduling, healthcare administration, medical reception, patient support, call center customer service, appointment scheduling, or healthcare customer service • English resumes required; all hiring-process communication conducted in English
