📋 Description

• Pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and source files, including large data sets • Develop routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support program operations • Monitor performance and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement • Support testing and validation of software, system enhancements, data integrations, and reporting functionality • Collaborate with software and program teams to troubleshoot issues and communicate findings • Support improvements to data, reporting, and system functionality • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and adherence to regulatory and program requirements • Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues as appropriate • Create and maintain documentation of data practices and processes • Communicate requirements and procedures to relevant stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 1+ years of experience working with data, reporting, data management, or a related technical field, including experience working with large data sets • Experience with data systems, reporting tools, databases, or similar technology • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to maintain accuracy and follow through on detailed work • Interest in sustainability and passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or comparable tools is a plus • Experience with software testing, data validation, reconciliation, or technical support is preferred • Experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, or other program-related environments is preferred • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is preferred • Experience identifying opportunities to improve data, reporting, or business processes is preferred • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check • Pre-employment drug screen may be required, if applicable to the position
