📋 Description

• Use of Claude Code to accelerate engineering, orchestration of agentic workflows, and integration via MCP • Develop and optimize scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines • Implement processes and tools to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency, as well as documentation throughout the data lifecycle • Work with large volumes of heterogeneous data, transforming them into insights to support decision-making • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and recommend improvements to the existing data infrastructure • Build and maintain analytical models (Gold layer) that support dashboards, reports, and data products for business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data engineering tools such as Python and SQL • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) • Experience with layered data platform architecture (Medallion/Lakehouse), including CDC ingestion, batch processing, data catalog, and governance • Experience with AWS and Databricks platforms • Hands-on experience with data storage systems (FTP, S3, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) • Practical experience maintaining data pipelines in production environments • Experience with DuckDB • Experience with MCP and Claude Code for automating code review and applying AI governance to data • Knowledge of data integration (ETL/ELT) and event-driven architecture (Kafka) • Knowledge of data for LLMs/agents • Knowledge of data modeling • Familiarity with agentic workflows • Familiarity with GitOps • Nice to have: Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch • Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, Databricks Asset Bundles) • Experience with container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, for data pipelines • Experience monitoring data pipelines • Experience migrating from batch to streaming • Experience working with Fintech
