📋 Description

• Deliver engaging Databricks trainings across Data Engineering, BI, Machine Learning and GenAI, primarily virtually and in English • Coordinate schedules, prepare materials, manage training Slack channels and handle last-minute requests • Guide learners through complex technical topics in a structured, clear and approachable way • Adjust teaching style to the needs of each group and maintain learner engagement • Collaborate with instructors and Databricks to strengthen the training program and maintain high delivery standards • Improve training organisation by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better processes • Help grow virtual training capacity while ensuring consistency and quality • Support companies adopting Databricks, scaling data platforms or upskilling teams in Data Engineering, BI, ML and GenAI

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on programming experience with Python and SQL; comfortable building, modifying and troubleshooting code with learners in real time • Strong motivation to teach and genuine interest in being a full-time instructor • Solid presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences • Fast-learning, analytical mindset • Patience, empathy, and ability to remain calm and supportive • Proactive, organised way of working with confidence taking ownership of processes, structure and scheduling • Proficiency in English is essential; an additional language is a plus • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time, mainly within the EU • Teaching, mentoring or coaching experience is a plus but not required • Machine Learning or AI project experience is a plus • A PhD, or experience in research or academia, is a plus • Databricks experience is a plus
