• Diagnose, repair, and maintain Revvity's Diagnostics and Life Sciences portfolio ensuring maximum uptime across Italian territory. • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and respond to service calls, prioritizing critical customer needs. • Manage and track technical escalations, coordinating with European technical support and product specialists to ensure timely resolution. • Provide on-site technical training and troubleshooting support to optimize instrument performance. • Partner with Sales, Applications, and European Service teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. • Share field insights with Product Management to support continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage spare parts inventory and complete all service documentation, reports, and expenses per SLA requirements. • Maintain current technical documentation and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and safety standards. • Align activities with departmental KPIs and performance targets.
• Technical degree or University degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. • Minimum 5 years in field service engineering with proven ability to independently resolve complex technical issues • Hands-on experience with analytical/clinical instrumentation in laboratory environments (pharmaceutical, research, clinical, academic) • Track record of successful preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated technical equipment • Advanced PC skills including Windows, networking, and laboratory information systems • Strong electronics background, preferably in high-tech service environments. • Understanding of analytical and clinical instrument applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact professionally at all customer levels. • Fluent in Italian and strong English skills; additional languages are a plus. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
