📋 Description

• Assess current AI automation infrastructure and identify optimization opportunities • Build relationships with global finance leadership, IT architecture teams, and regional stakeholders • Analyze SAP, Salesforce, and cloud platform integrations for AI enhancement opportunities • Mentor junior developers and establish technical standards for the India AI development team • Present an AI-driven financial automation roadmap to senior leadership • Architect and lead enterprise-scale AI solutions for P2P, O2C, and R2R financial process automation • Design and implement prompt engineering frameworks for financial document processing and analysis • Integrate AI models with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and multi-cloud environments • Establish secure, compliant, monitored CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment • Drive cloud infrastructure scaling across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Collaborate with global teams to ensure 24/7 reliability and performance optimization • Own end-to-end delivery of AI automation platforms for global finance operations • Present technical solutions to C-suite executives and translate AI capabilities into business value • Establish a center of excellence for AI development practices, code reviews, testing, and deployment • Drive innovation in real-time financial analytics, predictive modeling, and intelligent reporting • Scale the India AI development team and establish career development pathways • Lead vendor evaluations and technology partnerships • Ensure compliance with global data governance, financial regulations, and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall IT experience • 2+ years of enterprise AI/ML development experience with a proven track record of scaling production systems • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline • Expert-level proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud-native architectures, and Docker/Kubernetes • Deep experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI model optimization for enterprise applications • Proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP, focusing on AI/ML services and enterprise integration patterns • Strong background in API development, microservices architecture, and enterprise system integrations • Extensive experience with SAP modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA, BTP) and/or Salesforce platform development • Deep understanding of accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Experience with enterprise data governance, SOX, GAAP, IFRS, and audit requirements • Knowledge of real-time data processing, ETL pipelines, and financial data warehousing • Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers • Experience presenting to senior executives and translating technical concepts to business stakeholders • Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration across time zones • Bonus: experience with Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements • Bonus: background in fintech, banking, or life sciences • Bonus: cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure AI Engineer • Bonus: experience with MLOps, model governance, and AI ethics frameworks • Bonus: knowledge of RAG, fine-tuning, and multi-modal AI
