📋 Description

• Serve as finance business partner to Revvity’s corporate functions and a global operating business • Manage a $50M+ budget • Support Finance, Digital, HR, and other corporate leaders with financial reporting, forecasting, and annual planning • Independently drive process and reporting automation, business integration, and financial modeling and analysis initiatives • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and influence decision-making through data-driven analytics • Partner with global functions to set, pace, and report financial goals and execute strategic initiatives • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of financial results • Drive enterprise integration and transformation initiatives across global functions • Support monthly business reviews, month-end financial closes, and annual operating plan submissions • Partner with Digital Finance on company reorganization and implementation of S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance • Improve process efficiency through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related business field • 5+ years of experience in a finance role • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable team player • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills • Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with multiple global functions • Comfortable presenting to senior management • Advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using Excel macros, Power BI, Alteryx and/or similar data analysis/visualization tools is a plus • Experience with SAP, Oracle Hyperion, Workday and/or similar systems is a plus • Experience working in a matrixed, multi-currency, and international company is a plus • Experience in Life Science, Diagnostics, or similar industries is a plus • German proficiency is a plus
