📋 Description

• Support final candidate delivery and client coordination • Manage interview scheduling and workflow progression • Maintain placement momentum and candidate communication • Coordinate client interviews and ensure confirmations • Assist with interview feedback and communication • Manage recruitment workflow stages accurately • Collaborate with team members for operational accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interview coordination and scheduling capability • Experience managing recruitment workflows and ATS systems (preferably Workable) • Strong candidate and client communication ability • Recruitment administration and workflow coordination experience • Strong calendar management and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and placement process • Strong relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • High attention to detail • Strong organisational and coordination ability • Calm under pressure in fast-paced environments • Strong follow-through and accountability • Candidate and client service-oriented mindset • Proactive and solutions-driven approach • Professional and confident stakeholder engagement ability
