📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, and manage business-critical contracts in German and English • Advise operational units on a wide range of legal matters outside tax and employment law • Develop practical legal solutions for an internationally operating company • Draft contract templates • Translate complex legal matters into clear, actionable recommendations • Deliver practical, business-oriented training sessions • Act as a sparring partner for the business

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree and qualification as a fully qualified lawyer • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level) • Good knowledge of MS Office • Strong affinity for LegalTech and digital legal processes • Discretion and confidentiality • Ability to work effectively in a team • Strong negotiation skills • Customer-focused and independent working style • Ability to work in an agile business environment
