📋 Description

• Further develop Operational Excellence across nine EM locations • Support locations in continuously improving operational processes, focusing on productivity, quality, efficiency, lead times, service levels, and delivery times • Analyze improvement potential and develop sustainable, practical optimization measures together with site managers and teams • Plan, prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops to resolve issues and drive continuous development • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures using defined KPIs • Track agreed activities and projects • Document project results, best practices, standards, and optimized workflows • Establish consistent project management guidelines, templates, standards, and tools • Support project managers, site managers, and project team members in applying project management methodologies and tools • Consolidate the EM project portfolio and prepare status and KPI reports • Prepare decision-making materials and coordinate information flow between project teams, site management, and executive management • Report directly to the COO of Elektro-Material Schweiz

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, process management, or a related field • Several years of professional experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or process optimization • Extensive knowledge of Operational Excellence, Lean Management, and continuous improvement • Experience analyzing, designing, and standardizing processes, as well as implementing sustainable efficiency improvements • Experience planning and implementing improvement and change projects, as well as in project management or PMO roles • Good knowledge of project, program, or portfolio management, including the preparation of status and KPI reports • Understanding of operational processes, particularly logistics, distribution, material flows, and warehouse organization • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Experience with Power BI or comparable analytics and reporting tools is an advantage • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct workshops involving different functions and levels of seniority • Fluent, polished German, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland and work on-site at various locations
