📋 Description

• Analyze business and technical requirements for EDI integrations with customers, carriers, and partners • Design, implement, monitor, and optimize EDI connections and message flows • Manage EDI projects from initiation through completion, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders • Act as the primary interface between business, IT, and integration partners for EDI-related topics • Ensure stability, performance, and data quality of EDI interfaces • Support troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root-cause resolution for EDI issues • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes, standards, and documentation • Support the adoption of new technologies and integration patterns where relevant • Work closely with colleagues across operations, customer service, IT, and data teams • Coordinate with external customers, carriers, and integration partners • Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at different technical and business levels • Contribute to a team-oriented, collaborative working environment

🎯 Requirements

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working • Experience in business process support, system integration, or EDI-related roles is an advantage • Affinity with the road transport and logistics sector
