📋 Description

• Plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar, campaigns, social media, content, and brand activations • Coordinate freelancers and external partners, ensuring quality, deadlines, and alignment with the brand identity • Identify content production opportunities in the company’s day-to-day operations, client interactions, events, behind-the-scenes activities, and points of sale • Track social media KPIs and metrics, proposing improvements to increase reach, engagement, and demand generation • Identify opportunities at events, trade shows, gyms, restaurants, companies, and strategic locations to expand the brand in São Paulo • Plan and execute tastings, promotional activities, sampling, and in-person activations, coordinating logistics, materials, support staff, and visual communications • Partner with the sales team to support new client acquisition, product launches, sell-out initiatives, and brand strengthening • Develop or coordinate corporate and sales materials • Develop partnerships with influencers, brands, and events aligned with the company’s positioning • Ensure excellence in campaign execution, with a focus on results and attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• Experience coordinating marketing, branding, or trade marketing initiatives • Experience managing vendors and external partners • Hands-on, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail • Must reside in São Paulo • Availability for occasional travel to Rio de Janeiro • Experience in the food, beverage, retail, or consumer goods sectors is a plus • Experience with events, brand activations, and experiential marketing is a plus • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics is a plus
