📋 Description

• Create, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries for efficient data retrieval • Implement and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring security and performance • Create visual reports, dashboards, and analyses using Power BI • Work with ETL and other integration techniques to combine data from multiple sources • Collaborate with agile teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers • Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity, making adjustments as needed

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of and experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions • Experience creating and customizing reports and dashboards using Power BI • Familiarity with agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban • Ability to model data to meet business requirements • Knowledge of implementing security measures within SQL Server • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively • Strong focus on accuracy and quality in both code development and report creation • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a dynamic, agile environment • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and business challenges • Experience in the insurance or HealthTech industry is desirable
