📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal clients to define and prioritize business needs and align them with efficient, feasible technical solutions • Partner with architects, developers, and engineers across different countries • Evaluate, estimate, and support system development in response to business requirements • Apply market best practices and Agile methodologies • Keep up with software development best practices, trends, and innovations • Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Support major Digital Transformation initiatives within the Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery department • Design and implement solutions primarily using Microsoft Azure Cloud and Amazon AWS • Work with autonomy while following corporate standards, challenging and proposing new ideas • Document all activities thoroughly

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline • English – Proficient/Fluent • Experience working on solutions hosted on Cloud • Experience in software development on a multitier landscape • Experience handling backlogs, assessing risks, and balancing resource allocations • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless • Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure, applications, IAM, and data analysis solutions • Scripting experience • Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Capability to understand business needs and interact with other teams to provide day-to-day support • Familiarity with working remotely and collaborating with teams in different time zones • Experience applying AI to development processes and daily routines • Experience identifying business opportunities, prioritizing customer needs, proposing feasible technical solutions, handling multiple stakeholders, assessing complex landscapes, identifying synergies, and creating business cases • Software development background in web-based applications using agile techniques • Nice-to-have: software development with C#, JavaScript, Node JS, Java, Python, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes • Nice-to-have: Microsoft tools including Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, and Office 365 • Nice-to-have: SQL and NoSQL databases • Nice-to-have: Low Code tools, preferably OutSystems • Nice-to-have: Angular, React, HTML5, and CSS3 • Nice-to-have: CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps • Nice-to-have: IaC and automation tools including ARM Templates, Terraform, Chef, or Ansible • OutSystems and Cloud certificates considered an asset
