📋 Description

• Provide high-level technical knowledge and experience to deliver innovative solutions for internal customers • Design and implement solutions using technologies primarily based on Microsoft Azure Cloud and Amazon AWS • Support the digital transformation of RHI Magnesita as part of the Digital & Cloud Solution Delivery department • Work with IT teams and other areas in alignment with corporate standards • Challenge and propose new ideas autonomously • Keep all activities well documented • Collaborate with internal clients to define and prioritize business needs • Align business needs with efficient and feasible technical solutions • Partner with architects, developers, and engineers across different countries • Evaluate, estimate, and support system development according to business requirements • Apply market best practices and Agile methodologies • Keep current with best practices, software development trends, and innovations • Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline • English – Proficient/Fluent • Experience working on solutions hosted on Cloud • Experience in software development on multitier landscape • Experience handling backlogs, assessing risks, and balancing resource allocations • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless • Knowledge of security best practices in infrastructure, applications, IAM, and data analysis solutions • Scripting experience • Experience with project delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Capability to understand business needs and interact with other teams to provide day-to-day support • Familiarity with working remotely and collaborating with teams in different time zones • Experience applying AI to development processes and daily routines • Certificates in OutSystems and Cloud considered an asset • Nice-to-have experience with C#, JavaScript, Node JS, Java, Python, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes • Knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, and Office 365 • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Low Code development experience, preferably OutSystems, considered an asset • Knowledge of Angular, React, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps • Experience with IaC and automation tools such as ARM Templates, Terraform, Chef, or Ansible • Experience identifying business opportunities, prioritizing customer needs, proposing feasible technical solutions, handling multiple stakeholders, assessing complex landscapes, and identifying synergies to reduce running costs • Software development background in web-based applications using agile techniques
