📋 Description

• Design and evolve the agent runtime, orchestration engine, and systems behind Agent Studio • Build tooling for defining agents from written procedures, enabling reasoning, actions, and guardrails • Own real-time voice infrastructure, including WebSockets, STT/TTS integration, interruptions, disconnects, transfers, and telephony integrations • Build enterprise trust capabilities including RBAC, access management, audit logs, data isolation, and integrations for complex client environments • Own the DeepEval-driven evaluation suite, conversation replay, scenario simulation, experimentation, and A/B testing of agent behavior • Extend Reflect observability so agent decisions are traceable and surface regressions, drift, and new conversation patterns • Connect evaluation and observability findings to agent improvements and new evaluation cases • Own Kubernetes, ArgoCD-driven GitOps deployments, CI/CD, and SigNoz observability • Build self-serve infrastructure for engineering teams • Lead incident response and postmortems • Work directly with the founder on architecture and own decisions from design through production and the incident channel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production systems • Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals • Proven experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration • Production experience running Kubernetes • Understanding of latency budgets, streaming, backpressure, and live audio conversations • Experience with observability tooling such as SigNoz, OpenTelemetry, or similar • Incident response experience, including root-cause analysis and post-incident improvements • Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • High agency and ability to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment • Preferably experience with enterprise features such as SSO, RBAC, IAM, audit logs, data isolation, or compliance-adjacent systems • Preferably production experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval, or evaluation systems • Preferably telephony or streaming audio experience, including Twilio, WebRTC, SIP, or contact center integrations • Preferably experience with large-scale data systems, analytics platforms, or ML-powered product features • Preferably experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tooling • Preferably leadership experience on technical projects or teams
