📋 Description

• Diseñar y ejecutar la ingeniería de soporte sobre servicios nativos de nube Oracle (OCI) asegurando la máxima estabilidad y performance de la arquitectura. • Gestionar, documentar y reportar con rigor técnico todas las evidencias y tareas dentro de la herramienta institucional del cliente final. • Colaborar e iterar activamente en marcos ágiles (Scrum) y prácticas DevOps para asegurar despliegues limpios y eficientes. • Asegurar la atención proactiva de requerimientos e incidentes dentro de las ventanas de servicio y guardias asignadas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachillerato universitario completo en Ciencias de la Computación (título certificado). • Experiencia técnica sólida y demostrable trabajando con tecnologías y servicios de nube Oracle (OCI). • Certificación de Scrum vigente y verificable en línea (ej. Scrum Foundations, SFC, SMC, ICP, etc.). • Certificación de DevOps vigente y verificable en línea (DevOps Foundation, DASA DevOps Fundamentals, DEPC, o equivalente). • Deseable: Certificaciones OCI vigentes.
