📋 Description

• Liderar el ciclo de vida completo de proyectos tecnológicos o arquitectónicos de alta complejidad. • Controlar integralmente la planificación, el seguimiento y el cierre de las iniciativas. • Mitigar riesgos proactivamente y gestionar dependencias cruzadas entre diferentes equipos técnicos. • Facilitar comités de seguimiento y proveer reporting ejecutivo claro y accionable para los stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ años de experiencia comprobable gestionando proyectos tecnológicos o arquitectónicos. • Posgrado o certificación vigente en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.). • Dominio absoluto de cronogramas, gestión de riesgos, minutas, dependencias y reporting ejecutivo. • Trabajo Colaborativo: Habilidad para sinergizar equipos multidisciplinarios hacia un objetivo común. • Comunicación Asertiva: Capacidad para traducir el estado del proyecto en reportes ejecutivos claros y concisos. • Proactividad y Autonomía: Anticipación a los bloqueos y capacidad de resolución ágil de impedimentos.
