🎯 Requirements

• Residencia legal y actual en Costa Rica • Contar de forma activa y demostrable con las siguientes acreditaciones: DASM o SMPC o SaFe Scrum Master • Dominio fluido y avanzado de Microsoft PowerPoint enfocado en la preparación, diseño y presentación de informes de avance, métricas ágiles y dashboards ante comités y stakeholders del banco • Trayectoria comprobable liderando células ágiles bajo marcos Scrum y Kanban en proyectos de desarrollo de software o transformación digital
