📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners • Handle daily technical or organizational inquiries promptly and effectively • Track traffic quality and volume • Analyze Click2Reg, Reg2Dep, ROI, and LTV performance metrics • Optimize overall campaign outcomes • Recruit new webmasters, media buying teams, and affiliate networks • Conduct outreach, negotiate deals, and onboard new traffic sources

🎯 Requirements

• Solid understanding of affiliate deal structures (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, Baseline, Hold) and full-funnel mechanics from click to deposit • 6+ months of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming affiliate network, media buying team, or direct advertiser • Excellent written communication skills in Ukrainian • English at Intermediate level or higher is a strong plus • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to build rapport easily, persuade, and handle cold outreach via Telegram/Skype • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets • Strong attention to detail • Ability to draw data-driven conclusions from traffic reports
