📋 Description

• Personally manage VIP and pre-VIP clients through calls, chats, email, and messengers in Turkish • Build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach at key moments such as wins, losses, birthdays, or reduced activity • Analyze individual accounts and create activation and reactivation plans • Identify ways to improve each client's experience • Negotiate personal conditions, including limits, cashback, and exclusive bonuses, within company guidelines • Handle payout delays, bonus disputes, and failed deposits or withdrawals while retaining client loyalty • Grow client deposits and turnover and meet individual and team targets

🎯 Requirements

• Turkish — C1 • Russian — B2 • English — B1 or higher • 1–2 years of experience working with VIP clients • Experience communicating personally with VIP clients across WhatsApp, Telegram, calls, and email while maintaining a consistent style • Discipline and punctuality to meet response-time SLAs for VIP players • Proactive ability to initiate contact at the right moment • Confident CRM systems experience is nice to have • Knowledge of bonus mechanics and promotional tools, including wager, cashback, freebets, and personal limits, is nice to have • Conflict de-escalation skills for payout delays and bonus disputes are nice to have • Experience negotiating personal conditions with clients is nice to have
