• Ukrainian and Portuguese languages at a fluent level, with confident verbal and written communication • Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management will be a plus • Strong problem-solving skills for conflicts, significant losses, and demanding clients • Excellent written and verbal communication • Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute • Comfortable handling 5–10 chats simultaneously
