📋 Description

• Architect and build analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake supporting financial and management reporting • Develop and optimize advanced transformation workflows for large, multi-source datasets • Build automation and analytics workflows using Alteryx and/or Python • Translate ambiguous finance and business problems into structured analytics and data engineering solutions • Apply financial understanding to align analytics outputs with accounting logic and business expectations • Deliver finance insights and narratives through advanced dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools • Lead hands-on development and mentor team members on financial data modeling, analytics patterns, and problem-solving • Mentor junior team members through collaboration, design discussions, and technical guidance • Drive insight generation and storytelling across interconnected datasets • Partner with clients to solve complex finance challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data-focused roles with significant hands-on delivery experience • Strong expertise in SQL • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools • Ability to design and build complex analytics and data engineering solutions • Strong understanding of financial data concepts, including trial balances, P&L, and revenue data • Experience across data engineering, analytics, and BI use cases • Experience partnering with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders • Ability to communicate insights and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive problem-solving and ownership • Experience or willingness to contribute to training, recruiting, community service, and firm events • Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Snowflake experience • Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools experience
