📋 Description

• Advise clients as they navigate significant business transformation • Lead research and analysis related to complex accounting and finance challenges • Partner directly with clients to support day-to-day needs and deliver high-quality projects • Oversee development of memos, analyses, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables • Plan and successfully deliver against project budgets and workstreams • Coach and provide performance feedback to junior team members • Foster a team-based working culture • Participate in internal and external company initiatives, including community service, training, recruiting, and firm events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field of study • Minimum 5 years of experience within an audit and/or industry accounting role • Working knowledge of accounting standards such as GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS • Experience with accounting research and writing • Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships • Ability to work effectively in teams • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment • Analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills
