📋 Description

• Act as sparring partner for leaders and contact person for employees in HQ departments across the full lifecycle, from hiring to exit • Empower managers to own hiring by setting up lean processes, sharpening interview skills and supporting needs clarification through offers • Enable, coach and challenge leaders to become strong role models for their teams • Guide leaders through difficult situations such as performance plans and exits • Drive an AI-first way of working in HR by using AI tools and automations, identifying new use cases and integrating them into processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR • Experience in both recruiting and People/HR Business Partnering across the full employee lifecycle • Confidence coaching leaders and handling complex cases, ideally in multi-country settings • Knowledge of labour law in different countries is a plus • Active use of AI tools in HR and interest in automation and simplification • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing company, get up to speed quickly and guide leaders and teams through change • Structured way of working, empathy and a proactive, team-oriented mindset • Business fluent English • German is a plus
