📋 Description
• Zarządzanie inwentaryzacją aktywów infrastruktury IT (serwery, pamięci masowe, routery, zapory, punkty dostępu itp.) • Odnawianie rocznych umów na utrzymanie aktywów infrastruktury IT (serwery, pamięci masowe, routery, zapory, punkty dostępu itp.) • Wykonywanie obowiązków 2. poziomu pomocy technicznej w celu wspierania techników helpdesk. • Wsparcie dla nowych projektów infrastrukturalnych IT.
🎯 Requirements
• Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego – odpowiedzialność za wsparcie wszystkich lokalizacji europejskich • Wiedza na temat zarządzania Microsoft Active Directory Sites and Services, Users and Computers. • Wiedz i umiejętności w zakresie zarządzania lokalnymi sieciami komputerowymi oraz sieciami przewodowymi/bezdotykowymi. • Znajomość konfiguracji hipernadzorców VMWare (standalone/cluster) i konfiguracji sieci VMWare oraz przechowywania danych w celu zapewnienia wysokiej dostępności/VMotion.
