📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites • Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements • Review business and technical requirements for consistency, completeness, and testability • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution • Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing • Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing • Work with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve development processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role • Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks • Ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems • Experience identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases • Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value • Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
