📋 Description

• Coordinate matters and projects related to South America • Serve as the central point of contact between clients, Germany, RÖDL entities in South America, local law firms, and other external partners • Structure inquiries, workstreams, timelines, and responsibilities • Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, engagement letters, and project documentation • Track project progress, outstanding items, and deadlines • Coordinate communication with local law firms and specialist departments • Support the continued development of the LatAm Desk through processes, templates, and partner coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Legal background • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Germany or a South American country is preferred • Excellent Spanish skills, ideally at a native or near-native level • Excellent German skills • Good English skills • Portuguese skills are an advantage • Connection to South America, for example through background, education, professional experience, or an extended period working in the region • Residence in Germany or willingness to perform the role from Germany • Interest in international legal matters, project coordination, and commercial contexts • Structured, reliable, and communicative working style
