• Help our channels grow their customer base and increase MRR/ARR. • Develop strategies with partners to improve performance and reduce churn. • Understand the channels' end customers and translate their needs into expansion and retention opportunities. • Teach and inspire channel partners to use our product in the best way possible to drive real sales. • Run creative, data-driven marketing campaigns within the channels' customer base. • Work side-by-side with Product and Marketing teams, bringing field insights that help improve the product and customer experience. • Monitor metrics such as retention, engagement, churn, and revenue growth — and act quickly when something goes off track.
• Experience in Growth, Channel Management, Partnerships, or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS. • Able to look at a funnel and identify growth levers. • Curious about customer behavior and business metrics. • Speaks the language of data, but also the language of people. • Likes to be hands-on, test hypotheses and see quick results. • Understands the power of PLG — a good product sells itself (but you know how to make it sell more).
