• Define and execute the annual marketing plan, aligned with commercial and revenue goals. • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI across each channel. • Analyze performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI, MQL → SQL, etc.) and recommend corrective actions. • Lead the marketing and performance team (inbound, outbound, media, automation, CRM, etc.). • Oversee the content team and ensure brand voice consistency across all channels. • Develop institutional and educational campaigns that reinforce ROIT's authority in the tax and technology market. • Ensure integration between storytelling and performance (brandformance). • Plan and coordinate owned and sponsored events (Tax Is Cool, Power Tax, among others). • Oversee the entire pre-event, execution, and post-event journey, including engagement and conversion metrics. • Support the expansion of the ROIT Partners program, strengthening relationships with strategic partners.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management (preferred). • Experience in leadership roles within B2B marketing. • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Jira, etc. • Proven experience integrating marketing and sales. • Must reside in São Paulo (SP) or Rio de Janeiro (RJ). • Advantage: experience in tax, accounting, financial sectors, or SaaS.
