📋 Description

• Lead the social security area, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency and value creation for clients • Manage a portfolio of clients and social security projects (administrative and/or strategic) • Coordinate the technical team (analysts and consultants), promoting development and high performance • Serve as a technical reference on social security matters • Ensure technical quality of deliverables, risk mitigation and adherence to deadlines • Lead strategic meetings with clients • Support the commercial team in preparing technical proposals • Identify opportunities for cost savings and recovery of social security credits • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes • Establish performance indicators and management reports for the area • Implement process improvements and efficiency gains

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields) • Solid experience in corporate social security • Previous experience managing a team • In-depth knowledge of social security legislation and obligations • Experience with contribution offsets, credit recovery or social security planning is a plus • Postgraduate degree or specialization in the field is a plus
