📋 Description

• Solution Development: Develop AI/ML-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness. • Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and technologies, continually integrating the latest advancements into solutions. Do rapid prototyping( POCs) for validation. • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes. • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of the solution from ideation and design to implementation and production. • Quality Assurance: Ensure the technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development with relevant experience in AI/ML design, and development, with a background in delivering scalable AI solutions. • Technical Skills: • - Proficient in Python with knowledge of RDBMS, ORM and frameworks like Django, Flask or FastAPI. • - Working knowledge of ReactJS or any other JS framework/library. • - Proven experience in designing and deploying chatbots/ conversational agents using NLP techniques and frameworks such as Rasa, DialogFlow, or similar platforms. • - Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT models, and similar architectures. • - Hands-on experience with predictive modeling techniques including time series forecasting, regression, classification, and anomaly detection is a plus. • - Knowledge of advanced AI techniques like reinforcement learning, deep learning, and computer vision is a plus. • - Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). • - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment. • - Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a drive for optimization and results. • - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Professional certifications in AI or related areas are a plus.
