📋 Description

• Lead large, complex, multi-workstream HRTech transformation programmes across multiple vendors, integration partners, and onshore/offshore delivery teams • Establish programme governance structures, frameworks, and reporting cadence across workstreams • Manage C-suite and senior executive relationships across client and RA • Lead steering committee presentations and drive programme-level decision-making • Anticipate programme-level risks and design enterprise-grade mitigation strategies • Own programme-level cutover and go/no-go decisions • Lead escalation responses for critical programme issues • Coach Project Managers, define team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, design development plans, and improve PMO capability • Manage delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk across the programme • Contribute to RA delivery frameworks and intellectual capital • Drive continuous improvement across PMO standards and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading programmes spanning several workstreams, integration partners, third-party vendors, and onshore/offshore teams • Experience managing C-suite client relationships and driving programme decisions in steering committees • Experience owning delivery margins, resourcing, and scope risk across a programme • Experience building escalation protocols, owning programme cutover and go/no-go decisions, and diffusing high-stakes programme situations • Fluency in structured implementation methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent) and agile/sprint-based delivery at programme scale • Proven experience building and developing high-performing project management teams and demonstrating capability uplift • 10–15 years of project and programme management in large-scale HRTech or enterprise transformations on the implementation-partner/system-integrator side • Proven ownership of multi-workstream programmes • Large-scale SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle programme delivery experience; SuccessFactors preferred • Genuine implementation-partner delivery experience, including ownership of commercials and client outcomes • MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme certification valued but not required • Bachelor's degree advantageous; equivalent senior delivery experience considered
