📋 Description

• Support emerging matters and projects across departments • Prepare correspondence, including correspondence with business partners • Compile and follow up on relevant matters • Conduct comprehensive research on specific legal questions and engaging projects • Support the Legal Team in negotiations and contract management • Contribute to the ongoing development of policies, guidelines, and processes, including those relating to compliance and risk management • Prepare, review, and assess contracts, summaries, presentations, legal opinions, statements, and other legal documents in German and English • Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and prepare initial internal recommendations on legal matters

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing an advanced degree, with at least five semesters completed (ideally having passed the First State Examination), in business law, law, or a related field • Initial experience or internships in a company or law firm preferred • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and all commonly used MS applications • Structured, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and work • Independence, reliability, initiative, high level of commitment, and motivation • Interest in addressing legal matters and developing solutions in a business context • Fluent, business-level German and English skills, both written and spoken
