📋 Description

• Create, code, test, and maintain Android applications with millions of downloads • Collaborate closely with developers and QA testers • Work using Agile methodology and a quality-first approach • Participate in refactoring, debugging, and feature parity tasks using AI development tools • Contribute to integrating AI agents into the development lifecycle or application features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing Android applications • High proficiency in Java and Kotlin • Practical experience with Android SDK functionalities, including SDK version migrations, complex permission handling, and background processing • Expertise with Coroutines, Glide, Retrofit, and OkHttp • Experience maintaining legacy codebases using RxJava, AsyncTasks, and XML-based Views • Proficient UI programming skills with attention to detail and performance optimization • Proficiency using AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Familiarity with agentic workflows and integrating AI agents into the development lifecycle or application features • Expertise with Android Studio, Git, and the Firebase suite • Direct experience developing and maintaining an app released on Google Play with 100,000+ downloads • Familiarity with Kanban management • Familiarity with Continuous Integration pipelines and automated deployment is an advantage • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to balance AI experimentation with large-scale production app stability
