📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Rounds’ visual language across different touchpoints • Design brand materials, presentations, social content, event materials, campaigns, and other visual assets • Work on UI-related projects and visual improvements across Rounds’ mobile app portfolio • Translate briefs, concepts, and business needs into strong visual solutions • Build reusable templates, components, and visual systems to improve consistency and scalability • Collaborate closely with HR, Product, management, and other stakeholders from concept through final delivery • Take ownership of projects and independently drive them from initial idea to polished execution • Present design concepts, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback • Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve ideation, production, and efficiency • Contribute to motion and animation projects when relevant and based on experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a tech, digital, or fast-paced environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual design, typography, composition, and attention to detail • Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator • Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of the creative workflow • Experience creating and maintaining brand identities and visual systems • Good understanding of digital and UI design principles • Ability to work across different visual styles, products, and audiences while maintaining a high level of craft • Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling • Ability to take a project from concept and exploration through final execution • Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities • Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and work effectively with designers and non-design stakeholders • Excellent English, written and spoken • Highly proactive, independent, curious, and able to take ownership of projects • Experience with company events and internal branding, including event concepts, merchandise, and event-related materials (nice to have) • Experience with motion design or animation, such as After Effects (nice to have) • Experience designing for mobile apps or digital products (nice to have) • Experience creating design systems, component libraries, or scalable visual templates (nice to have) • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment (nice to have)
