📋 Description

• Own email and lifecycle marketing as the primary owned channel, including campaign calendar, flows, segmentation, deliverability, and list health • Use Klaviyo to manage lifecycle marketing • Perform quality control on copy, creative, link destinations, offers, and regional versions • Build AI into daily marketing work and ship practical implementations • Collaborate with the lifecycle and email team, designers, and external ads partner • Translate marketing results into clear business language, including spend, revenue, and recommended changes • Initially lead marketing for Rove Next, with potential to expand across the Rove Concepts group • Grow flow revenue as a share of total email revenue • Ensure work reaches leadership without errors • Deliver measurable AI-enabled work within 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years in ecommerce or DTC marketing with real ownership of email and lifecycle • Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable ESP • Evidence of building with AI directly in real work • Fluent, native-level English, written and spoken • Strong visual and quality-control judgment for assets, destinations, tone, and offer math • Comfortable receiving and giving direct feedback • Nice to have: Furniture, home, or another considered-purchase category with a long buying cycle • Nice to have: Shopify, GA4 and Meta Ads familiarity • Nice to have: Experience holding a team to brand guidelines • Full-time overlap with Pacific or Eastern time is required • Independent contractor availability • CV, AI workflow example, pre-shipment quality example, and approximately 60-second voice note required to apply
