📋 Description

• Manage suppliers and ensure delivered quality • Oversee and ensure accurate finish dates • Collaborate closely with suppliers and the headquarters team • Ensure timely and efficient product availability within the portfolio • Analyze supplier performance and provide feedback • Negotiate supplier agreements • Apply quality expertise to optimize ongoing operations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in quality control • Background working in the furniture industry (required) • Accurate colour acuity • Basic English verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision and effectively as a team • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and flexibility • Basic computer knowledge, including operating a tablet and simple data entry • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism • Proactive root-cause identification and solution development • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical, or related field is preferred • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings • Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in data entry, high-end quality standards, and analytics tools • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities • Proficiency in English
