📋 Description

• Participate in customer sales meetings, explain Runpod technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions for high-spending customer onboarding • Troubleshoot and resolve critical or complex customer technical issues involving configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, or code errors • Use code analysis, testing scripts, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and deliver solutions or workarounds • Communicate with customers and engineering, sales, supply, and product management teams • Assist support with escalated technical tickets and collaborate with engineering on workarounds or bug fixes • Work with infrastructure teams on GPU server-related issues • Relay customer and support feedback to engineering to shape product improvements • Create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, guides, and manuals • Develop and deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos for customers, partners, and internal teams • Support growth of Runpod's AI Developer Cloud by improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and platform adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of professional experience in software development • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment • Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Located in the APAC region, ideally Malaysia, Singapore, or South Korea • Successful completion of a background check • Preferred: proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, PyTorch, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Go • Preferred: full-stack development experience • Preferred: knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, SQL databases, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, server hardware, network operations, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, and DNS • Preferred: experience deploying and managing AI/ML models as services or APIs • Preferred: understanding of machine learning training, inference, and deployment processes on Runpod platforms • Preferred: ability to write and execute scripts, queries, or commands and interpret code, logs, errors, or traces • Must be eligible to work in the United States; Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas
