📋 Description

• Administer, monitor, and support SAP environments • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and requests related to SAP infrastructure • Perform troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause identification • Monitor the performance, availability, and stability of environments • Support transport activities, user management, and technical authorizations within the scope of responsibility • Work alongside technical and functional teams to resolve issues and maintain environments • Prepare technical documentation and follow up on operational procedures • Ensure compliance with SAP administration processes, service-level agreements (SLAs), and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SAP Basis, preferably with O2M experience • Knowledge of SAP environment administration, monitoring, and support • Experience analyzing and resolving technical incidents and problems • Knowledge of troubleshooting and performance analysis • Analytical, proactive, organized, and strong communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients
