📋 Description

• Support and enhance the ServiceNow environment • Analyze and resolve problems, incidents, and RITMs • Develop and configure solutions on the platform • Work with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies • Develop and configure workflows using Flow Designer • Work with REST and SOAP integrations • Troubleshoot and investigate failures in processes and integrations • Analyze and manage ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, DocuSign, and CLM • Perform fixes, adjustments, and enhancements to existing integrations and workflows • Support the continuous improvement of platform processes and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the ITSM and CSM modules • Experience developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of JavaScript applied to ServiceNow • Experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Hands-on experience troubleshooting processes and integrations • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems • Analytical and proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills • Preferred: experience with integrations involving SAP, DocuSign, and CLM • Preferred: experience with ServiceNow platform enhancement and improvement projects • Preferred: knowledge of ServiceNow development and architecture best practices
