📋 Description

• Establish the solution management function, including frameworks, tools, and standards for translating product roadmap goals into actionable technical requirements across domains • Develop solution design practices with Product, CX, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across markets • Involve Data, Compliance, and Design early so their input is reflected in planning • Lead technical product definition for major cross-functional initiatives spanning registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement systems • Align solutions with unified architecture strategy, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements in partnership with architects • Improve Product and Engineering workflows through backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility assessments • Coach PMs and engineers in systems thinking, technical requirement writing, and solution planning • Define and track metrics for solution quality, delivery predictability, activation, retention, and other business outcomes • Use results to improve processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles, ideally in high-scale, regulated environments such as gaming, payments, fintech, or healthcare • Experience building and leading technical product practices at the organizational level, including solution definition, system design, or architecture alignment • Strong business and product mindset, with ability to work across product layers from UX to architecture • Understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD • Ability to translate product intent into clear technical requirements, including sequence diagrams when needed • Proactive communication and collaboration skills, verbally and in writing • Experience working in hybrid organizations across multiple markets and globally distributed teams • Hands-on approach to working through ambiguity, establishing direction, and creating scalable processes • Hands-on familiarity with data privacy, KYC, or compliance-driven workflows is a strong plus • Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
