📋 Description

• Conduct thorough online research (OSINT) to verify corporate entities, locate key personnel, and track down accurate contact information • Review technical and company data (IPs, domains, usage logs) to identify and document potential software misuse • Perform high-volume, highly accurate data entry to keep the CRM system organized and up to date • Compile gathered data into clear, well-structured spreadsheets and reports for the broader team • Work closely with experienced teammates to move cases forward efficiently • Learn new search techniques and help improve data collection processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, research, administrative work, or customer support • Strong interest in online research, OSINT, and maintaining data accuracy • Comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, and speaking) • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel • Highly detail-oriented • Self-driven, organized, and reliable in a remote work environment • Experience using advanced search operators (like Google Dorks) or web scraping tools is a bonus • Familiarity working heavily inside CRMs (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a bonus • Background in compliance, investigative research, or data processing is a bonus • Candidates must currently live in LATAM • Applications must be submitted in English
