📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate IT contracts, agreements, and other legal documents • Handle claim cases, disputes, and legal issues arising in contractual relationships • Protect company interests in contractual relationships • Provide legal support on regulatory compliance related to data privacy, intellectual property, and software licensing • Collaborate with C-level, HR, and Sales teams to ensure legal compliance • Establish and maintain contract-management processes • Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies • Keep up-to-date with European IT and data privacy laws • Ensure compliance across business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a lawyer • Background in IT law • Experience handling disputes or claims • Proven experience in European contract law • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the EU • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills for complex IT agreements • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing legal disputes or claims • English language proficiency at least intermediate level or higher • Ability to work efficiently in a remote and fast-paced IT-driven environment
