📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the team through one-on-one conversations, monthly sessions, and Individual Development Plans • Assign and monitor daily and ongoing operational tasks • Prioritize and escalate complex issues • Ensure QA of media executions, including budget, pacing, segmentation, and targeting reviews • Architect campaigns according to best practices and client needs • Define setup logic for in-scope and adjacent platforms • Ensure client success and SLA compliance • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client relationships • Identify opportunities for incremental services and co-lead related conversations • Participate in meetings with clients and key stakeholders • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic media • Develop media plans aligned with KPIs • Support campaign monitoring and execution from launch through final reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency • Solid experience creating, optimizing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic advertising • Proven track record of leadership, team management, and talent development • Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, and manage complex scenarios • Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver results within established deadlines
