📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media communication strategies • Establish processes for identifying trending topics to inform strategic planning • Develop campaigns and editorial calendars featuring strategic social media content • Identify opportunities through social listening to connect brands with their consumers • Drive interaction and engagement by identifying and promoting relevant conversations across public social channels and owned channels • Manage and produce influencer and creator campaigns • Conduct competitor and market analyses, with a focus on identifying opportunities • Produce reports on the performance of implemented strategies, social listening, and community engagement • Use social media management and social listening tools • Collaborate with other teams to ensure message integration and the delivery of high-quality content

🎯 Requirements

• Produce content for the brand’s social media channels • Copywriting • Develop and organize content calendars • Obtain client approvals • Participate in internal and external meetings • Broad knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presentations • Experience in Community Management • Strong analytical sense and capabilities • Experience with analytics and social listening tools (we use BuzzMonitor and Stilingue) • Stay up to date with major social media trends • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Time and workload management • Preferred: Experience as a Social Media Analyst (Content) • Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency
