📋 Description

• Provision and manage users, groups, and licences in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace • Onboard Windows/macOS laptops into MDM and coordinate remote device handovers • Triage first-line support tickets, including password resets and access requests • Escalate complex issues • Run weekly maintenance checks covering patch status, backup logs, and security alerts • Document fixes and runbooks so processes are repeatable • Contribute approximately 20% of time to security projects, including CVE research and briefings, laptop hardening scripts, incident-response playbook drafts, and ISO 27001 checklist development

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration • Proven admin skills in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including user/group management, security policies, and basic troubleshooting • Comfortable with MDM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar • Proficient in at least one scripting language: PowerShell, Bash, or Python • Strong written and spoken English • Reliable internet and a professional remote setup • Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously across time zones • Microsoft 365 Certified (Administrator Expert or Endpoint Administrator) is nice to have • Google Workspace Administrator certification is nice to have • Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is nice to have • German is a plus
