📋 Description

• Develop video-based medical image analysis models • Develop and optimize medical image processing models • Improve model performance using metrics such as F1, AUC, sensitivity, and specificity • Develop data pipelines, preprocessing, and augmentation processes • Manage model training, evaluation, and versioning processes • Establish and improve MLOps processes • Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments • Work with clinical teams to improve the interpretability of model outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (Master's/PhD preferred) • 7+ years of proven experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Vision • Experience with video-based medical image analysis • Experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow • Proficiency in model development, training, and evaluation processes • Experience in data processing and model optimization • Proficiency with Git, experiment tracking tools (Comet, MLflow, etc.), and CI/CD processes • Experience with ML pipelines, dataset management, and performance metrics • Experience with large-scale data pipelines, class imbalance management, and metric-driven model training • Ability to iterate quickly and solve problems • Effective communication within a team • Fluency in Turkish and English • Bonus: Experience with medical imaging software • Bonus: Experience with segmentation, detection, or classification projects • Bonus: Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes • Bonus: Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, HL7/FHIR, or EHR • Bonus: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as the European Union Medical Device Regulation
